Kids Boxercise is based on the technical same principles as the adult boxercise.
The aim of Kids Boxercise is to get children active and show them that exercise can be fun.
We will use elements of a boxers training and teach how to throw punches safely.
Class will be kept simple and fun and will consist of
Technical training (throwing punches, holding focus pads and moving in the boxing stance)
Circuit style training.
Classes will last for 1 hour
Please ensure your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear. Has a minimum of 250ml of water.
