Kick Boxercise

Kick Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers and kick boxers use to keep fit.

 

Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve,

Shadow-boxing.

Technical Kicking

Skipping.

Hitting pads.

Press-ups.

Shuttle-runs.

Sit-ups.

and various other kick boxing based circuits.

 

Most kick boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.I will help all clients to create goals and achieve them, you will receive full support during your  Kick Boxercise experience and not only will I support you with fitness but can help with your nutrition too!
