Hi I’m Stefan McGuigan, I found a passion for fitness about 4 years ago, it came from me been overweight, out of shape and lacked energy. I decided to get in shape and lose some weight, I managed to lose 2 stone of body fat and from this I took the step and became a personal trainer.

All programs are tailored to you the client when putting your program together I will build it around your lifestyle and Goals whilst trying to keep your workout fun and fresh
Achieving your goals can be hard but it doesn’t have to be I will provide you with support to ensure you achieve your goals as your goal is my goal.
I am based at 24/7 fitness York and Xercise fitness haxby, i can provide personal training in either of these venues or in your home. I will always aim to provide the best experience possible.
